DMCA

If you believe material on marathikalnirnay.com infringes your copyright, send a report to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright report”. Please identify the specific page, image or PDF so we can investigate it.

What to include in a report

  • Your name and contact information, including an email address where we can reply.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you own or are authorised to represent. A link to the original work or other evidence of ownership is helpful.
  • The exact URL of each page, image or PDF you are reporting, and a brief explanation of the alleged infringement.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where a DMCA notice is being submitted, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How reports are handled

We review copyright reports and may ask for more information where a work or location cannot be identified. Where appropriate, we may remove, replace or disable access to the material. Sending a report does not by itself establish infringement or ownership.

If you believe a removal was a mistake

Reply to the email about the removal, identify the material and explain why you believe you have the right to use it. Provide any permission, licence or other supporting information. If a formal legal counter-notice is needed, its requirements depend on the applicable process; the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 resources explain the DMCA notice and counter-notice procedure.

Rights and permissions

Copyright protects eligible expression; a factual calendar date is distinct from a particular image, article or layout. Names, marks and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. For permission to reuse original content from this site, contact [email protected].
